Join the participatory system co-design LARP

What would it look like if governments opened up the design of public-facing human-AI decision systems to a participatory co-design process Come and find out! Join us as a participant in "Methexis Park", the upcoming Live Action Role Play for the Future of Good Decisions project!

Calling all interested researchers, civil society organisations, process designers, tech builders, tech critics, and government staff We need your help collectively designing a decision system for issuing use permits and managing access rights, in a fictional urban smart green space. We'll be playing the negotiation of all kinds of technical, ecological and social factors, while reimagining how government process design and evaluation might function in the near future.

You can play as an interested, knowledgable or affected person, a tech advisor, a process observer, or a member of a relevant government or civil society agency. We want people to "play their own expertise", but in a fictional way. So join in to share what you know, learn from others, and see how together we can make something that adds up to much more than the sum of its parts!

A flyer setting out some information about the scnario, time commitment, roles and expertise can be found here: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/connal-parsley-08ab7b17_larp-eoi-methexis-park-for-the-future-of-activity-7446064652733747200-EUHU?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAAAON9aoBjSrH-lt1-GDeXhFyXE2FzgQcAZ4
